Ken Purcell - President/Owner

Ken is responsible for the overall management of the company including operations, administration, finance/accounting, sales & marketing, risk management, and other typical chief executive duties.

Under his direction, All Pro Asphalt has grown from 8 employees to approximately 40 employees. During his tenure as President/Owner, the company has grown from annual revenues of approximately $1,000,000 to current annual revenues of approximately $11,000,000.

Ken’s background includes over 35 years of construction experience. Previously, Ken served as Vice-President of Sales & Marketing for a national engineering and construction firm with annual revenues in excess of $400 million.

Ken is a University of Florida graduate and is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and the National Utility Contractors Association (NUCA). He serves on the board of directors for The Jacksonville Speech & Hearing Center and The Pi Kappa Phi Housing Corporation at The University of Florida.
Ryan Kibler - Senior Project Manager

Ryan has over 13 years of experience in asphalt related operations and administration. He is responsible for projects from initial development of the scope of work through construction and final acceptance by the customer. He has held numerous positions including Project Estimator, Quality Control Technician, Plant Technician, and Project Foreman.

His expertise includes all aspects of asphalt paving and pavement maintenance including new construction, asphalt repairs, seal coating, pavement markings, crack sealing and base installation. Ryan has detailed experience with asphalt manufacturing, asphalt installation, material testing, plant maintenance, and material quality assurance. He is a Florida certified level I and II lab technician and a certified level I lab technician in Georgia.
John Cunningham - Operations Manager

John has over 7 years of experience in asphalt field operations and management. His responsibilities include management of all field staff, project staffing, safety adherence, fleet maintenance, DOT compliance, schedule management, equipment transportation, and project quality assurance.

His previous positions include Pavement Markings Technician, Foreman, and Superintendent. John has extensive asphalt experience with new construction, asphalt repairs, seal coating, pavement markings, base installation, crack sealing, milling operations, thermoplastic, traffic signage and reflective pavement markers (RPM).
Garhett Harpman - Senior Project Manager 
 
Garhett has over 7 years of experience in the asphalt industry. He has worked in numerous aspects of asphalt related projects including new asphalt placement, asphalt repairs, milling, base installation, seal coating, pavement markings and installation of traffic signage.

As the project manager, Garhett is responsible for determining the scope of work, project estimating, proposal development, contract negotiations, construction management, and customer satisfaction.

Garhett holds a BA from The University of North Florida. He is also a U.S. Army veteran having served 2 tours in Afghanistan as a combat engineer.
Ronnie White - Senior Superintendent

As Senior Superintendent, Ronnie is responsible for all aspects of asphalt paving on his projects including crew management, vendor/supplier coordination, quality assurance, safety adherence, mobilization/de-mobilization procedures, scheduling coordination and overall customer satisfaction.

Ronnie has over 30 years of experience in asphalt operations in diversified applications. His experience includes construction and/or repair of highways, city streets, state roads, and parking lots.

Ronnie has vast experience with numerous types of asphalt including marshall mixes, superpave, friction course, polymer and rubber-added mixes. He has extensive knowledge related to prime/tack coats and has managed numerous milling operations.

Ronnie possesses numerous certifications and registrations including OSHA 10, Safety for T & L Contractors, ST 101 Construction Site Safety, MARSEC Training, and TWIC.
